MORE BANE!!xD i'm just doodling him as much as i can.. cause he inspires me, and i'm reading through the books again:3.... w00t! Darth Bane!

I've read the first book a couple times and I can not believe I didn't know that xD... what ever, this art is getting to look a little cruddy, I have another one that's better looking(obviously I'm bias) I'll link it below.Β But I really should read through the books again and do some more fan art in the future because that trilogy is so freaking GOOD!!xD I at least want to sketch a lot of stuff from it cause there are a lot of iconic scenes I'd really love to see outside my imagination

Would make a great spin off movie (or hopefully movie series). He is technically canon because of the clone wars episode. (Also if everything about him is canon, then technically Darth Revan is canon because of the holocron he used.)

Wait, i thought the new Star Wars movies weren't going to except EU. Wookipidia has turned all stuff "non-canon" into the Legend tab which is depressing when you see the difference... just looked at it and yeah, the cartoon series is counted, it's sad that the rest is not, but i consider this still a solid foot in the door... lets hope no one comes along and messes Bane up._.

but seriously, it would be my favorite movie serious of all time if that happened.. but also at the same time i like that it is a book because then i'm not competing with a shit ton of artist who just happened to have seen the movie and thought he looks cool(like Darth Maul
so idk.. i guess i'm mixed up on whether id like to see it as a movie trilogy or not

That is some truth! Keep it low key as a great book, or watch it get ruined in so many ways as a movie. I am just gonna be happy with what we have.

i encourage that motion!xD they are fantastic books. i'm going through the first and it felt a little slow until i hit chapter 14, it best defines when he makes the change as he learns that he must put aside the barriers in his mind by using his anger towards the other students and cunning deception to help him grow without anyone realizing his actual potential.. i am totally blabbing right now.. <.<

I remember reading the last book and how they were talking about moving their essence into another person's body and continuing to live like that...and thinking how cool that would be if it actually worked and Sidious was actually Bane way down the line. ^ ^ Alas, it's not to be, however.
