A proud member of the Primex Empire. A loyal follower to Emperor Omex. In spite of his of royal lineage, Peskierr the Fly Spriggan follows Omex as if he was just another subject. But he fearfully respects Omex power. However he still flaunts his power around his own underlings. He has 3 sets of limbs. He has legs which doesn't use because he just flys everywhere. His smalls arms which he uses for menial tasks. His extra long arms for fighting, like when he wields his Rot Branch Spear, to decompose any living organism into a rotted state. He does this with food so that he can eat them better. Or to anyone that annoys him. Speaking of annoying, his voice is on par with the likes of Waspinator.

Go ahead imagine him speaking with that voice, he even talks in the 3rd person to add on top of that.
