Do you think it would be a good idea to write a story about a gulfstream spy jet from the CIA pairing up with Finn McMissile and spying on a top secret meeting between a former Soviet scientist and North Korean nuclear scientists negotiating a deal to ship old Soviet nuclear warheads to North Korea through China? Of course this is Cars 2 tech so the CIA jet will have some interesting tools and weapons for spying at high altitudes.

Dragoon has an advantage over siddeley: hypersonic speed and is extremely agile, meaning he can turn around 180° at altitude.

Does it involve hitting Proffessor Z's henchcars and Tony? Dragoon is a combination of the P-1112 AIGION, SR-71, A-10, CFA-44, F-22, SU-47, F-14 and BEECHCRAFT KING AIR 350.
Dragoon: *fires an LASM (Long-range Anti-Ship Missile at Tony Tri-hull* Try escaping that in one piece!

He should watch out for a dragon plane with a GAU-8 AVENGER, EMLs, ADMMs, NIMBUS Cruise missiles, SAAMs, QAAMs, XMA-6s and two P&W J58s with clutches to engage or disengage the propellors.
Yes, I mean DRAGOON the dragon plane. Siddeley and Dragoon might get along quite well.

Oh man, I have concerns. It's a direct to DVD, and it's being produced by DisneyToon. Two strikes against it as DisneyToon has produced a lot of utter crap in their day. Even more disappointed that it's not going to see theatres though. The problem is that with direct to DVD, production quality and storyline tend to suffer, as direct to DVD movies generally are "for the kids". A theatrical release would have to compete with other big movies and thus would receive greater attention to detail.
I'm glad a planes movie is coming out. But I'm expecting typical Disney cheesiness and lack of quality for this one. What a shame that such a great idea is being relegated to DisneyToon.

Perfectly drawn. One of your best, I think. The wings are perfectly aligned. From drawing whales and sharks I personally know how difficult it is to do that, but you had factor in the tile and the perspective as well. And you nailed it.
Whales, sharks, and dolphins...that's how I figured out how to draw planes. They both have the same exact body types, just planes have different tail arangements as well as engines. Other then that, they're very much the same. They even have the bottlenose dolphins have. But this is ramrod straight. The shading is very nice to. I hope to see more like this. I just have one complaint about Cars however; I do not view the windshield as being the eyes. To me, the headlights are the eyes. There was a commercial where they did that and I was like "YES! Finally they get it right!". Windshield=forehead.
You know, we outta tell Pixar to make a similar movie about aircraft, like the movie Cars. With the animation quality today it would turn out extremely well.
Are those yellow lenses like the Hud on a pilots helmet, or like vision enhancement or something? I'm not familiar with Siddeley, so I'm going to have to run to catch up with the Band Wagon.
Anyways, very good job Sharky. You continue to impress me. Just no more plane pr0n

That was funny though, the little bit we got to see. But way to not give us any information about the actual storyline, guys. Really.
Still not as bad as waiting for Portal 2, though. That was torture.

They just yell at you in an unconvincing monotone. When I follow the rules I end up having to listen to about six other aircraft go through, then I get to. AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE DAMN HOLDING PATTERNS!!!
I have literally run out of fuel and crashed while waiting in a holding pattern.
What I don't get is head-on collisions in good visabillity. What, was the sky not big enough for you to avoid each other? Really, 30,000 feet of altitude, an whole planet of airspace and you HIT EACH OTHER?!!! One of you isn't very good at this.

No, everyone shuts up at that point and tries to process my fail.
In that case it's probably unmanned.
