Julio is another sharkhuman who specializes in stealing artifacts and anything he finds valuable. He's also pretty tall and is quite the charmer. He's the son of Finetooth and Gemila, and Romeo's older step-brother. He's a very nice and relaxed person, his footwear is basically a mix of stirrups and heels.
