Description
Sometimes it's hard to explain why certain things are happening in Kylie's life. One day, she's bumbling through school and/or work; the next, she's stumbling through a pocket dimension.On this particular jaunt, Kylie manages to run into 's Paula. Before they could get over the initial awkwardness of the meeting, they are ambushed by a trio of characters that Kylie remembers from an old cartoon she watched as a tyke: HAMBIINO'S PLAYGROUND.
The titular Hambiino quickly scooped the pair up for one of his famous hugs, only to see that the two were considerably more freaked out than they were before; Paula moreso, since she wasn't "Down with the 'Ground." To demolish the tension, Hambiino begins loudly singing a ditty about friendship or something like that. While this is going on, his associates begin to enact their own plan to cheer the girls up...

I just noticed how amazingly simple and effective your shading technique is. Basically it's just one or two darker tones over the base color, isn't it? Looks fanstasticly organic! Great artwork

It's actually 1-2 layers of a shade of very dark purple set to multiply and the opacity turned do-er, I mean, FUCK! THEY'RE ON TO ME!

Damn dude, this is seriously great stuff. I'm a twitlord and don't comment anywhere near as often as I ought to but there's so much awesome in here. Cute and colorful mascots, Kylie getting some, her and Paula look cute as hell, a whimsical background befitting the theme here. I dunno if this was intentional but the... otter... bear... I'm not sure, the brown mascot's two eyes being that close together resembles most of a heart shape lol. But yeah it just goes on and on. Bless you, sir.
