Ah, this must be the Sonic-type character you were referring to earlier. Feels like forever since you illustrated anything of that style or sort! It's a bit interesting to compare this and see how your approach to drawing such characters has changed over time with some of your older Sonic-styled works. I think you did an excellent job on this one, packed it one-two punch with some subtle flair. This commissioner's character is quite unique-looking for being influenced by the Sonic-style; combine that with how your own approach to it has slightly changed over time and you'd almost miss the fact completely that that's exactly where the influence comes from.

Well the main differenece here is int he past I've been trying to draw Sonic style, here I was asked to draw his character (which had some sonic world influence) into my style XD So that's part of why he looks quite a bit different from the other stuff owo But yis! I like how it turned out.

Yup I can attest to that. I have many versions of my OC and that's just something I wanted. Yes he originally is sonic-style but he has a regular anthro style as well. I want him to be polyvalent, be in many styles and Smilleh's style was one I absolutely wanted to see him as. It's the version of him that I would love to have as a plushie because he is just too adorable.

Yeah, my own fan character Reign's been illustrated a number of times by others and this is probably the most he's ever taken on a bit of a different appearance than usual. I agree, seeing one's character in Mega's style is always awesomeness abounds at its best.
