Finally finished this guide. MwahahahaI didn't put this on here, but if Gen 2+ Secrets have children (ie: Secrets that have 2 handled keys) only the top handle of each key will be fused and given to the baby secret.

Good question, I think they get to have their keys back, but they can't use their keys to have another child.
