Thus, my first little download thingy! I have finally found Adobe Photoshop 4.0 (well, it's a tryout version that came off of a disk) and I have made all of these cool Photoshop emoticons without a reference. You can use these freely, but you have to ask me first. But other than that, use them freely! Enjoy.Original frames created and (c) me.

It's easy. You just need MS Paint or Photoshop, you use the circle tool, make the circle, and shade it any way you'd like. I'll make a tutorial for you. Oh, and if you'd like to make animated ones then click this link to download this awesome GIF animator that I always use: [link]
