I must say my sharp dressed reptile fan, it's pretty cool how you're able to draw this animation and this came out very nice!
Though the only thing that keeps bothering me is the leg/foot in the foreground, it just seems that there's a small delay on when the leg helps carries the body foreword.
But keep up the practice amigo! You're doing great regardless.

Oooh, I like this! There's such a cute style to this! I really like the design of your pup for this animation, a simple, very cartoony look, and how you gave all of his little details decent overlap. Especially in his little bag, which definitely feels like a tied up bag of stuff bobbing up and down.
And now for some quick critique. His feet feel like they're sliding along the ground rather than having any sort of give on the ground. You can see his toes plant on the ground the most when his feet are about ready to leave the ground, when there should be the most weight when he's setting the foot down and when there's the most weight put on the foot. A simple adjustment of the angles the feet are before they plant will work wonders.
