Description My previous wolf was more focused upon the size and not upon the detail and I was constantly working with it to get it how I liked so I decided to just sell the darn mold and sculpt a new cast. So much more happy now! I wanted to combine 3 of my most favorite makers into one, taking a little bit of what I love most and putting it into the mask.

Beetlecat: I have always adored her style, her round soft edges, full faces, and just the balanced look overall. Her work has has been an inspiration to me with the details and heart put into each one.

Qarrezel: The hyper realism is always striking, focused brows leading to piercing eyes always catches my attention to her work. The life put into the mask makes for a creature out of some other realm not of our own.

Scribblefox: His rounded muzzles and adorable faces have always caught my fancy, especially in real life. While I was mostly leaning towards realism, I wanted to leave a toony back door with this mask so if I wanted to so desire to add a little more character to a mask, it was available.

So many makers really do inspire me to do better and always keep learning. While wolf pictures online aided, a wolf rug shell form and a Van Dykes taxidermy coyote head form were extremely helpful (coyote seen in upper left hand picture, the yellow/tan thing). Much thanks to those on the livestream as well for catching what flaws I didn't see as well as for catching those they could not see. Y'all have helped me make my best wolf sculpt yet!

Up next at a later time will be my fox sculpt as my original needs some revising.
