Hey there, I love your fursuits alot, I just wondered if you could help me with something?
Do you know where to get these 'fans' that go in the fursuit head?
Also, Do you know where I might find long hair, (for a fringe) of the fursuit head?

I use two main mediums. Foam and resin. Clear cast resin for the eyes. You don't look through them, you look through the tear ducts.

I honestly don't know what the material I use is called. It's a see-through material, not mesh.... I don't know what it is, I need to find out. Sorry.

That's what the one on the right is. I do take commissions on bases, yes. Depending on what you want, they range from $100 to $200(extreme detail)

Maybe a narrower snout/smaller jowls on the toony would make it more like a fox?
The moving jaw sounds good. Vids when it's finished?

I think it could totally pass as a fox because it is cartoony but I agree with others that the muzzle is a tad broad
And that other mask is GORGEOUS so far

Cool!^^ Both are commissions but I'm thinking on adding a husky to this mix as well. Realized I hadn't made one yet.
Paint pallet. Round holed plastic paint pallet. Makes for some marvelous eyes.

They're the same size as a 32mm resin eye.

Instead of cutting them out I just poured resin into it. Works just as great! I got myself some eye blanks. XD

Have fun getting them out. I've heard you have to have mold release or something. If not, lemmy know how that turns out. I'm always looking for new ways to cast eyes.^^

it could be one! its toony so the snout is a little more broad :-p but im used to realistic. i see more husky/wolf though!
have you made a husky yet?!!!

Sharpe19 In reply to roadkillonroute3 [2010-02-11 06:02:45 +0000 UTC]
No, no I haven't yet. Made a 'yote that could've passed as one, but not an official husky. Perhaps it's time I make one?
It wouldn't be hard to narrow the muzzle up a bit if I needed to.

it may be broad looking since its right next to the realistic head.. just ask the commissioner if they like it!
