Description
A girl who was created as an evil agent, but with a natural curiosity and a distaste for following orders, she abandoned her duties to find her own adventures.With a dimension-warping charm dubbed the Red Slipper, Dorothy jumps through time and space to help or hinder the epic quests of heroes and the dark master plans of villains, based on her own judgment- or mood.

OMG a mascot character for myself! Sup everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas (I have a feeling she didn't)
I thought I'd join the club and draw up an OC to use for future events- I hope she'll grow on you as she's done for me
And I conveniently given her a setting that allows her to appear in whatever the heck I want
So maybe she'll pop up from time to time~Anyways, take care and have a safe and happy new year!

I like the design in her "tatoo"simple but gives her that mystery look ^^ plus the dark clothes looks nice on her XD

Well this is an interesting Original character you got going on here Sharp. Having the power to jump through time and space does like you said give her a chance to pop up anywhere without really needing a reason haha. I do like the idea of her powers being a little nod towards dorothy and the red shoes....that's if it is but given the name and her charms name it might be. ( Just wondering that is but if it is well....just curious that all >.<)
Can't wait to see what adventures she get's into and what you have in store for her!
Also I got to say as OC go this one is pretty unique. Her outfit isn't something you normally see so it really helps her stand out. I'm not very good at critiquing but if I every saw her in another style or picture I would definitely know that is your OC without being told.
