Description The kanji on Oancitizen's back means "Art".

According to the title, I apparently I didn't learn my lesson.

Oh, GOD, this one is gonna take some explaining.
I realize that there's probably not a huge overlap of fans of Oancitizen and fans of fighting games. But there's semi-logic to this, I promise.

Lupa's Hamlet: The Vampire Slayer review has shown that Oan has a kind of "Shakespeare Sense" that alerts him to whenever someone is treading on his turf (or perhaps just when someone mentions Shakespeare's name). While wistfully meandering through the corridors of my strange, strange mind at work one night, I somehow made a theory that pretentiousness is like the Satsui no Hadou from Street Fighter... which would make Oan like Akuma.

...Okay, so there's actually no sound logic to it.

I'll admit, I'm a sucker for a good (bad?) pun, so I make them whenever possible.
And "moon logic"... that's a good name for it. XD

You pulled off the combo effect thing pretty well. At least, I recognized it right away when I first saw it. C:
