So Connor is called Ratonhnhaké:ton, although Ziio and Haytham are still a couple here? I can't stop wonder if Haytham is able to pronounce his own son's name ...

lol...he had problem with a simple Kaniehti:io ( ingame) ...lol. I am sure Ziio did help Haytham to learn to say Ratonhnhaketon properly.
Oh yes, they are couples but Haytham is a Templar and time to time goes to deal with that then quickly back to his loved one.
Toddler Raton gives me a headache atm...no suitable baby...grrr I have to modify it big time and I am not good with that. No panic, lol I want it too so I will press on to find some solution.

Ziio and Haytham being a couple is quite interesting considering that Ziio apparently had been a friend to the Assassin Brotherhood. It's mentioned that Achilles helped her once, and there is a deleted dialogue in the game where Achilles tells Connor that Ziio was an ally.

I know that but Haytham not tell Ziio he is a templar. That would be a turning point to get separated when she finds out (Ziio feel betrayed by him and send him away. I am not follow the game story of betrayal here) ) then Ratonhnhaketon stays in the woods, they moved to the village and Haytham never return to visit/support them. This is how my little side story of them weave together to go along with Ratonhnhaketon grows up loose mom and meet Achilles. I know silly but I have to give them a bit more years of happiness...

It's so sad that they break up nonetheless. Personally I like to imagine that they handle their Assassin/Templar contradictions somehow. Maybe Haytham would even decide to become an Assassin by Ziio's influence. Yet reality is never that easy. *sigh*

I am not good with plotting and make templar live harmoniously with an Assassin helper. My enemy is a same as yours so we are "friends" is nice until my enemy is your ally...then all goes to hell

It could/should of but then a question is ratonhnhaketon still would be a Assassin? Might be a alternative dlc when Ratonhnhaketon is a templar taught by his father Haytham...or...but so many simple story can be made up by swapping point of view
