I almost forget my smoke art series. Here is another one. I was going for the strong and almost hurt to look intensity. Don't ask me why...just an idea.

I captured the smoke and colored them in cs3. Conbined them with the candle jars what colored in cs3 too.

I captured the smoke and inverted (cs3) to bright tone and colored them according to what I wanted.

Are you asking the pattern or the color? I answer both
Pattern: pretty random
Color: Normaly use gradiant tool in cs3.
