Hello! I saw your note and I decided to check one of your gifs: I think they move in the right time- they´re not slow but not so fast. Try to download bit by bit of the video you want and make each part as shorter as you can get. Another problem may be the size: I had a few troubles when I was making big gifs- try to shorter them but also "clean" the image- don´t let it become too dark. I hope I was able to help you
