I tried to go back to the style i used for this drawing but i'm not sure how well that was pulled off:

Clear vision of a spunky young girl/woman with a quiet, nonchalant undertone.
While originality is definitely there- I can't give a full 5 stars, considering it's not Shattered-Earth's character. Also- she reminds me of Akima from Titan A.E. (Of course, there is no real originality left in the world)
I love the technique on this. While everything isn't completely smoothed (like the lower neck area for example) it adds to the piece by allowing a softer look to the otherwise crisp lines of her eyes, chin, etc. Her facial features are striking, and the obvious focal point. Her hair is very well done- subtle highlights and tones of pink and blue.
Impact of this piece? Definitely effective- especially the eyes that stand out against the rest- yet they are balanced by the subtle yellow reflections in the earphones.

Beautiful work. How'd you get that watercolor feel? Texture overlay?
As for crits:
โข the hair feels a tad flat., but that probably stems from the black outline making everything feel a bit paper-like.
โข The coloring style is high contrast and messy, which give it that energetic feel. Good work.
โข Unless I'm perceiving it wrong and she's wearing them more for fashion than functionality, the headphones are way too far back to actually be covering her ears.
I really need to catch at least one of your livestreams so I can see how you go about painting digitally. I'm captivated by it.

I'm not all too pleased with the hair too, but i'm not sure it's the outline causing the problem. something about the way i shaded it just.. eh..
And I did have a lot of trouble placing the headphones, i think i was trying to show those side bangs too much ~_~

Hmm... yeah, there's just an overall feeling of lack of depth on the hair, more shading would probably fix that.
They are very pretty side bangs, I could see why you'd want to show them off.

I think instead of using black for the outline, you should try a darker tone similar to the object you are outlining (i.e., the hair, skin, hoodie) to achieve a softer affect. It looks fine on the green thing though (btw, what is that?), but it feels a bit harsh everywhere else. Or maybe a thinner outline? You should play with that next time. My 2ยข LOL I rarely critique. XD

haha that's what i did for my other drawings LOL, and it's a pair of frog headphones i believe~
I used black because for some reason while doing this when i used a lighter tone it didn't define the shapes as well as i wanted, dunno why. It usually works @o@
