I spent way too much time on this... I just wanted to practice some of painting and shading. I really wanted to focus on backgrounds and light sourcing. I don't know. I just wanted to step outside of my comfort zone a bit. I've been really kicking myself lately. It feels like I've got a boot up my ass.Related content

Just a man caught with his hand in the cookie jar. It's based off of the game "Hello Neighbor". The joke is that every time the neighbor catches you he gasps. So I drew random picture of a random scenario. I kinda want this to become a new meme. Where people will draw the neighbor being caught doing something by another person.

i can see that you put a lot of effort into it. that you wanted to draw something out of your comfort zone is a good thing for improvement.
i see that you wanted to go for a cartoony style that look great but evon though its in a cartoon style you should work
a little on your proportions since the legs and especially the arms of the neighbor look very unatural.
i would also suggest making the outlines a little thicker. but thats more of a personal style preferance.
i just think the characters would look better like that. the best looking character is the one withe the white hair (dont know the name)
he really looks like he is straight taken from a cartoon. steven looks a bit like he is missing a bit of his hair.
one thing that confuses me about that picture is the general idea.
like i'm not sure if hello naighbor, nickelodeon and cartoon network are the best things to crossover but in the end why not. where is the reason to complain about it.
you might see that i'm not really the best person ro ask for critique but maybe it helps you a little.
