A redraw of my second post here from 2020 ^u^Depicting: My noodle OC Razo completely disobeying how water works!
I really did struggle on this though- I have no idea how to do backgrounds, lighting, or any of that stuff, and I especially do not know how the water do work. Maybe I should have added some fireflies? Whatever, I'm too lazy.
