Shayna is pessimistic, but totally a leader. Although she will likely loose her shit if a zombie sees her.
otherwise she's quiet, generally only saying whats nessesary. but she does swear a lot when mad/scared.
for example:
'for FUCKSH SHAKE you guys! LISHTEN TO ME'
'fuckfuckfuckfuckholyfuckingshittheyarecOMINGOHGOG'
and rather than saying something like 'shut up' she'd say 'oh, shoosh'
and when she doesnt now someone's name, she calls them 'grub'
she'd most likely not like any of the surviving trolls [if those are them], maybe kanaya. she would like sollux, but looking at his personality, he may not like her himself.
and...yea.
thats what i can think of right now. if you come to a snag in the story, go ahead and ask what she'd do, mmkay?
