Description No matter how much i love the Zelda and Tales of series, FF6 stays my all-time favourite game.
And yet, that's the first fanart I ever draw of it. I guess it's never too late to show your love, huh ?

I recently played through ff6 for the first time because of a desire to recapture a very old memory that I had of a boss fight that you would beat portions of to rise further up.

love the art. Was there any definable signal that made you chose to make fan art now? A reminder of some sort?

Also I tend to want to do all sorts of things instead of studying when I've got finals coming up, and that includes drawing. And as I listened to the game's OST several times while trying to focus on my lessons, I ended up wanting to draw something for FF6.

Not playing the game again and not drawing anything before my exams were over was a real challenge, haha.

Technically it's not the first time. I had played my uncle's copy really early on in life and because of that I have some lucid memories of the end boss. Playing it now I loved the hell out of it, unfortunately I had to learn that my copy was bootlegged the hard way when 60hrs into the game it corrupted the save file.

Hey, maybe it's just me, but having that kind of restraint is honorable. Video game music to help study is always awesome, so at least there was one thing to do while studying.
