Description
New character I worked on the last couple weekends !Rebel is a professional hitman & he's a pink sand shark hybrid.
He uses that stubby fusion of an arm to slash at targets in close range because the teeth on it are super sharp.
( I used elements of a midjourney generated image to finalize a concept for him. )
