it will take a long time, im only 13, and my mom wont let me make a cake, or decorate it untell im older, and iv never frosted a cake.... lol... this will be time consuming

My sister and I made this cake, and she's 13 as well.
An easy was to frost a cake is to put frosting in a plastic sandwich bag and cut a small amount off one end. The only part that you may have a concern safety wise is with the actual baking, decorating is the fun and easier part. I personally can't really cook, which is when my sister came in to help.
So, I am rooting for you, and maybe you could have her help. I dunno, aunt or adult cousin could work too.

It wasn't that hard to make, just have a reference photo nearby and draw with the icing/gel
