"hey don't worry 'bout it... we'll get out eventually."Oh, haven't you heard? It's Soriel week! Oh boy, I had a ton of fun drawing this! I like to think I'm slowly getting better at backgrounds. Anyway, the first prompt was "Queen", so I decided to take a post-neutral route. Sans likes to keep Toriel company since it can get pretty lonely in the castle.Β

You know, I get the feeling Sans would actually make a great King.
I honestly think the reason he is lazy is because he gave up on life because he knew it would just reset.
If there was no such thing as a ''Reset'', Who knows?
Maybe he would be the Royal Scientist and Alphys would be their assistant.
I mean the guy is pretty clever and they clearly deserve to be the royal scientist.
Not saying Alphys is bad, But I just get the feeling Alphys as his assistant suits Alphys more.

I think if resets/the theory of resets didn't exist then yeah, he would probably make a really great king, although that wouldn't be his thing. I think he would much rather work as a co-royal scientist with Alphys or something.Β

Possibly, although I don't know if that'd be his thing. Sans is known for putting in the minimum effort^tm. He'd probably just kinda act as a jester of sorts and hang out with Toriel and keep her company. Maybe he'd occasionally help with her duties but he doesn't know the first thing about running a kingdom lol.Β
