I only could wish that she wasn't as transform-happy as most of her clowny kin, but I suppose it comes with the nose. She could probably be dissuaded, anyhow.

Well, Clowngirls are playfully and loves to use their powers, but they are neither dump nor always happy^^. They are still mostly themselves, just with new urges.
And maybe, depends on your preferences. My clowngirls most resolves around Balloons, Latex, Rubber etc ^^

Where they live
Clowngirls live mainly in the parallel dimension Clownea. There they have their origin and there Alissa Joybringer rules the world. The only known permanently clowngirl in Slimea is Sayaniri and she lives in Neueisen.

They are the ruling nobility of Clownea. Their world is law and nobody except the queen Joybringer can judge them. In Slimea Sayaniri uses her powers to entertain the population and as anti aging possibility.
Notable/Important figures
Sayaniri: Former Saya Sumpfkraut of the dimension Clownea. She was one of the first Clowngirls after Alissa and one of the princesses. While conquering the world she lead the forces in many battles, always believing that it's for the best of the world. Only as it was already too late she saw the terror of the clowngirl rule.
As people from Slimea came to the Clownea dimension she saw her chance and fled with them to Slimea.
