You yawned openly as you stretched your legs out on the sofa in the office. The man from the center of the room chuckled at your tired form. He had short blond hair and wore a brown jacket that had a symbol of two crossing wings on the back. Underneath, he wore a white shirt and had a brown belted harness that supported that probably supported the gear he had on when he saved you.

You saw him plop down at his desk, and fidget with his pen while looking at you. He walked over to you and sat in the spot next to you, stroking your hair gently. You purred at the contact, but the man stopped when he heard the door open.

"Erwin, I never knew you liked cats." You heard another man say as he walked through the door. He was shorter than the man that sat next to you, but he was way taller than you.

"I found her on the streets, Levi." You heard Erwin say to the man.

Levi clicked his tongue and asked, "Can I have Eren's files? Hanji wants them." Erwin nodded and stood up from the sofa to perform Levi's request. He walked into the other room to retrieve it, and left Levi in his office.

He leaned on the wall, and looked down at you on the sofa. You yawned loudly again and heard Levi say, "Tch, Erwin is spoiling you already." You glared at him and stood up on the couch to lick your paw. Hoping off the sofa, you padded over to Levi and rubbed your head against his boot.

You heard him chuckle slightly, but he stopped. Your head lifted up to study his face, and saw the sadness he was trying to hide in his eyes. Levi looked down at you and said, "I just might convince Erwin to keep you."

He knelt down next to you, and ruffled the hairs on your head. You let out a low purr as he asked, "Do you have a name?" Your purring stopped, and you hoped that would indicate that you answered.

"I'll name you [Y/N]." You meowed happily at your new name, and returned to laying on the sofa.

Erwin walked back into the office with a folder of papers in one hand and said, "Found them, and tell Hanji to not test anything risky on him. I remember that time she turned a trainee into a cat." When he said the word cat, he glanced at you on the sofa.

"Did we ever find the trainee cat?"

"Nope."
