Human/Eridian hybrid maybe? I don't even care, I lurve him big time. I 'encourage' my man to play as Zer0 for co-op He always wants to know why I don't play as Zer0 if I love him so much, and well . . . I have my reasons
Love this, since you STILL don't have any idea what's under the helmet. He bleeds and seems affected by organic type damage, like Slag and such, so I'm going with, if not fully organic alien, then at least cyborg. Probably not entirely a robot, but who knows!

I'm just thinking, are we ever going to know what Zer0 really is... And I also have kinda mixed feeling about that. Because if you will know it.. he will lose his mysterious charm. (and many people's headcanons are ruined)

Maybe he is a human, and maybe the reason why he is missing 2 fingers might be because the fingers couldn't form even a bit during his birth?
Or maybe he really is some kind of Alien Cyborg thing?

I think that Zero had worked with Atlas Corporation. i only say that because General Knoxx has the same sword but red maybe different model of the sword and their armor isn't exactly the same but look similar i mean just think about it.

I always imagined Zer0 as an Eridian from the first Borderlands. Just the hands, long, lanky body and odd shaped head reminded me of them.

I just love Zer0 with all the mystery surrounding him. Is he an alien? Perhaps an android? Or the legendary Eridian? One thing is for certain:
