A baby! Also known as a Grey Parrot. I have always wanted a Grey Parrot, its actually my plan to adopt one once I have my own place. Most people see parrots, and other birds really, as little pets that exist simply to entertain them. Grey Parrot's actually have the intelligence of 5 yr old children. They need a lot of attention and stimulation in order to avoid becoming destructive to themselves and their companions.Another addition to my bird series, this piece is meant to exemplify the plight of highly intelligent animals like the Grey Parrot. In this work the parrot dreams of his space transforming into the outside world, where he would be free to fly, learn and discover.
