Having lived rather isolated on his home-world of Dressel, the Dressellian Nopa had lived by himself until he would be enslaved by Trandoshans who captured the transport ship he and his parents had been upon. Seen to weak to serve as prey in hunting events he was instead sold to a nearby world that soon fell under the influence of the Trade Federation, leading to some locals having to sell their slaves as sheep workforce to diminish their credit debt with the Trade Federation in exchange for them getting cheep labor. This way the Dressellian Nopa became part of the workforce of an influential local Neimoidian, who were alongside many of their coworkers assassinated and killed in an internal power-struggle, leaving Nopa sealed in a droid factory with many dead corpses and assuming the role of one of the killed local organic security guards in the hopes of making it out of there without being enslaved again. This way he ended up as a security guard on various Trade Federation planetary holdings and even ships, slowly crawling the ranks of their organic security, leading to him becoming an officer during the Stark Hyperspace War, while fighting space pirates, rebels, as well as other criminal gangs or local resistance and rising to the rank of a captain at the outbreak of the Clone Wars. During the course of the Clone War she feared to be enslaved under the boots of Republican Clone Troopers, as they did with many worlds and began to fullheartedly embrace the Ideals of the Separatist Alliance because of that. This shown devotion and his own growing skills finally lead to him becoming a Separatist Commander one year into the Clone Wars, a position he was rather proud of. When he returned to his home-world of Dressel, he hoped to increase the local groups of Separatist supporters and followers to a full-out movement that would change the status of his home-world as a Separatist planet, by emphasizing that the Dressellian Isolationists would no longer resist when the Galactic Republic would have their way, as they did so many other world. However the Separatist cause as well as support for the Republic and the Empire had no stronghold on Dressel.

Because of that the Battle Droid forces send to Dressel to secure their supporters and maybe start a local coup, as well as to secure the local Separatist Conglomerates buildings, factories and other holdings like industrial areas, farms and mines alike they wished to secure against local bandits and gangs as they claimed, something the Republic and later the Empire would claim was nothing more then a secret Separatist force buildup, as the numbers seen on Dressel were far to much to just be used against some local criminals and other treats like violently protesting locals and other dangers. Because of that the Jedi Delegation send to Dressel alongside a few Clone Troopers to ensure the neutrality of Dressel would not be violated by the Separatist-aligned conglomerates or their local factions and movements in support for the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Because of that local Separatist leaders and business man were forced to evacuate the world alongside the local Dressellian Commander Nopa, as they were forced to evacuate the world as local security aided by the Republic Clones and Jedi were crushing down on them, shortly before afterwards the remaining Dressellian Isolationists voted to get them off their world as well, something the Republic declined as they claimed Separatists terrorists and guerrillas were still active on the world and posed a major threat to the local government the second Republic and Jedi forces would leave the world again. This in return gave rise to an increased supporting movement for the Dressellian Isolationists which in turn allowed Count Dooku and the separatist smuggle weapons and droids back on the world and prepare for the return of their local Dressellian Commander Nopa who would come back with organic Separatist forces and battle droids to start an underground guerrilla war against the Galactic Republic and Jedi Forces on the world. They would however not only fight the Galactic Republic and Jedi, but also their own government, who also opposed their stay on this world, to bring in a new pro-Separatist government, that would openly join with the Confederacy of Independence Systems and bring in Battle Droid Armies to ensure their liberty and freedom would be ensured against outside threats and pressure hoped the Dressellian Isolationists.
