when i first found the rupoor i figured i had to pick them up~
being that in Ocarina of Time silver/blackish rupees had to be picked up to clear some dungeons~
it was a sad find to have lost me rupees..D:

Well, rupoor seems to be similar to these black rupees from Four Swords where you drop all your rupees when you find them... which isn't good, since you use rupees to revive down players, and if you can't revive, then it's game over. So, it's not only in PH where there are some weird rupees...

As an addendum to that, if you have the "everybody is in full hearts" double rupee bonus, the black rupees actually become a GOOD thing.
