Rainbow Dash's pet from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.I wasn't sure is that was magic or something else on the propeller. If it is, does that mean turtles have magical powers?

The wiki says it's magic, though who created it is still in question. I figure it had to be Twilight, since she's the strongest with magic. I bet it's also at Tank's will, so that he can land and turn it off whenever he wants.
Though I still wonder how Rainbow's going to keep him in her home. Only Pegasi can walk on clouds.
