Commissioned by MandercloudHis characters Lazuli the Dewott and Sapphira the Oshawott are walking down the street, discussing stranger danger, when a richly dressed Empoleon drives up next to them in his limousine and invites them to come to his casino. They decline. Unfortunately, social safety lectures are nothing on a magic hypnosis staff.
