Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God...Guys...? Guys!
In case you somehow haven't heard, Keiji Inafune, the father of Mega Man, and some expert ex-Mega devs got together and started hashing out ideas for a new 2-D action-platformer game starring a little robot boy. The project, Mighty No. 9, has it's own kickstarter page. And I'm proud to say, as a backer myself, that we have reached the initial goal of $900,000 as of this morning! Woo hoo! That being said, there's still a whopping 29 days to back the project, and if we reach the highest goal, $2,500,000, we will see a release on Wii U, PS3 and 360! Check out the page to see if it's something you'd jive on. A $5 donation is all it takes to get exclusive behind the scenes info.
That being said, I couldn't wait to draw Beck, the protagonist of the game, and Might Robot No. 9. I was initially kinda weirded out by his design, but it grew on my fast, and I knew I had to (hastilly) draw the little guy. So here's my take on the new super fighting robot.
Hastilly done with mechanical pencil, markers and Photoshop.

I seen the announcement trailer where he was talking about the project, I haven't had the chance to play Megaman when I was younger, but I'd love to play Mighty No. 9!
