Well her body was full of scratches and white marks, even some larger white areas... Since these were mainly near the seamlines, it looked like someone had tried to make the seams less obvious by either sanding or cutting the resin, which everyone in the company should know NOT to do on darker resin I have some photos here , they may not look so bad in the photos but IRL it was really, really bad...

Ah, how disapponting! I wouldn't have guessed that Iplehouse would send out such poor quality. I have Chinese companies' tan dolls with no seamlines, but also no scratch marks or light patches really. I don't know how they manage to pull it off... I haven't got any Korean tan ones, but all my Korean NS dolls have pretty bad seamlines. Well, I'm glad it worked out for you in the end and your new version of this girl is looking sensational!

What kind of Iplehouse experiences have you had/heard of? D: Pretty much everything that I've heard from them is positive, as far as I know they've always replaced any broken or defective dolls/doll parts and helped any way they can... I'm still a loyal customer of theirs and won't be afraid to order from them in the future. I still have some Iple dolls on my wishlist, though I must admit I'm glad that I probably won't need another doll in light brown That seems to be the resin tone they're having problems with atm.

No, the feedback is being horrible actually, as it seems they are rushing with production and sending dolls with all kinds of flaws, like headcaps with thin resin that is transparent agaist light, mismatched resin color, rough seam lines, scratched faceup etc. I see a lot complaints on Flickr.
But as I was saying to Sarqq, I stopped buying from them long time ago for other reasons. 
I love my Iplehouse dolls but I'm not a fan of the company anymore.

Well I've heard some complaints as well, but everyone I've heard of has received a replacement from Iple and been overall satisfied... Any company can send dolls with defects, it could be just one or two persons at fault and human errors are possible like we all know, so I don't personally blame a whole company of defective dolls etc. I think the most important thing is how these possible problems are handled, and concerning that I've only heard positive of them ^^

I totally agree with you on that! Errors can happen and ca be fixed, but a bad customer service cannot and leaves a bad impression forever.

Kiitoksia kovasti ;u; Oli ihana fiilis saada neito vihdoin täydellisenä kotiin! Se eka box opening oli niin järkyttävä kokemus...

Aurora on hirmu nätti moldi (ehdottomasti yksi suosikeistani ever!) ja vaikka sille sopiikin firman defaultin kaltainen "enkelimäisempi" lookki, niin jotenkin itse tykkään enemmän tästä vahvemmasta ja tummemmasta meikistä Tummansininen + musta ovat Nesrinen hahmon teemavärejä, tyksin kovasti tästä yhdistelmästä~

Täytyy koittaa ottaa lisää kuvia jossain vaiheessa, toiveissa olisi päästä kuvaamaan koko perhettä piakkoin ^3^ Ensin pitäisi vaan saada tälle joku kunnollinen alaosa väkerrettyä, näihin kuviin heitin vaan jonkun randomin viiden sekunnin pikahameen ettei vilkkuisi kaikki paikat kun yleisellä paikalla oltiin X'D

Mutta aaa, minusta on jotenkin vielä ehkä ihanampaa kun neidin default-look on tosiaan sellainen "enkelimäinen", mutta Nesrine on tälläinen vahva ja tummanpuhuva neito - ihana miten koko nukke käsissäsi muuttuu ihan uniikiksi, tykkään tykkään tykkään > u < <3 Ja tuo väriyhdistelmä, hurr~

Koko perheen kuvia tulee olemaan niin ihana nähdä, mutta onneksi niitä malttaa odottaa kärsivällisesti niin nuket kuin minunkaltaiset stalkkeritkin ;D

Yeah it was such a sad experience ; . ; But it's important to remember that there are only people working at Iplehouse and other companies, so human errors are possible. It's the way they handle possible issues that defines whether or not the whole experience stays negative or turns to a positive one ^^ Iple handled things great, so I'm very satisfied with their customer service!

Joo tämä aiheutti vähän murheita aluksi, mutta onneksi firmalla myönsivät virheensä ja korjasivat asian nopeasti. Tämä uusi nukke on nyt aivan täydellinen ^^ Tämänsävyinen sininen onkin yksi meikäläisenkin lemppariväreistä, olen pitkään odottanut tämän neidin nukettamista jotta pääsisin ompelemaan kaikkea ihanaa sinistä vaatetta~

Meillä menee onneksi niin, että miesnuketkin on reippaankokoisia (esim. tämän mies 72cm Idealian), joten ei ole ongelmia siinä että olisi naiset liian isoja XD Naisparejakin ollaan kivasti saatu (EID ja SID, SID ja nYID...) Tykkään valtavasti tästä moldista ja miulla on joku juttu, että tykkään meikata nukkeja moldin defaultin vastakohdaksi.. Esim. tämä Aurorahan oli tosi enkelimäisen kiltiksi meikattu, tälle hahmolle taas halusin jotain tuimempaa >:3
