Ayy, I remember these! Stumbled on this sometime after making my own drone army.
Also I vaguely remember lurking about the AWN forums, what happened?

I'm not the most computer/tech savy guy in the world, but I remember being told that the admin/owner of AWN's hard drive crashed with everything on it, I'm not sure how that's supposed to affect an entire website but everything pretty much got reset and that killed off a bunch of the community on already dying forum. Then eventually they came into money issues to keep the website up, and eventually it just shut down.

aw sheeit, too bad it had to happen that way. That just reminds me, looong ago I've saved some advanced wars sprite stuff, from AWN and elsewhere. If you want I can PM you the dropbox. Be warned though, there's little hint on who the original makers were - I saved it willy nilly back then.
