~A few days later~

You were still in bed and you still weren't any better. You even though you slept and took the medicine, whenever you ate you'd always throw it up after a few minutes. Your body simply didn't allow food in your system for some reason, and it was starting to take its toll. You became weaker and weaker by the hour, and you fever was still very high. At this point you were so weak you couldn't even stay conscious.

The brothers were worried out of their minds for you, but so far they had yet to call someone for help. Italy hadn't even called Germany.

Romano watched your sleeping form worriedly, you had been asleep for hours now due to lack of nutrition exhausting you. No matter how easily digestible the food he made was, your body still wouldn't accept it.

Italy entered the room with an equally worried look on his face. He sat down next to his brother and looked at you too. He glanced to Romano.

"Maybe we should call someone, fratello?" he asked carefully. "Someone who can help us with [Name]?"
"I've thought about that too, you idiota! But I haven't come up with who to call! And no – we're not calling that potato bastard!"
"Ve! But he would probably know what to do!" Italy shrieked.
"No!"

Italy continued to whine and Romano grunted exasperatedly. Why was he so worried about this one single ragazza?! This had never happened before! Argh! He was so confused.

You turned on your side, facing them and reached out to Romano in your sleep. "P-papà..." you said, your voice only a soft whisper but they heard you, when you made contact with his hand.

Romano's eyes became wide as he stared at you, taking in your words. 'Papà? How the fuck-?!' His train of thoughts were interrupted by Italy as he glomped him.

"She called you 'papà', Romano~! I'm so happy for you~! Does this mean I'm her zio then~?" he chimed happily.
"Nothing's certain until she says it without being delirious, idiota!" Romano hissed at his brother.
"Aww! But fratello~!" Italy complained.
"Stop complaining already!"
"Hey, how about we call big brother Spain then?" Italy asked happily.
"We are not calling that tomato bastard! He's just gonna make things even worse!"
"But we need to call someone, fratello! We can't do this on our own!" Italy wailed.
"Fine, I'll just call that fang bastard then!" Romano shouted and went to the phone to make the call. He dialed Romania's number and waited for him to pick up.

After a few signals Romania answered, and he seemed to be a bit impatient.
"Da? Romania here."
"It's Romano. Look, could you get your ass over here, you fang bastard!? We need help with something!"
"Romano? I'm sorry, but I can't right now. But I'll send over someone else, so just wait okay?"

Romano grunted. "Whatever, bastard." And with that he hung up.

About half an hour later someone knocked on the door. Romano went to get it and opened the door for the person outside. When he opened it he got a real shock.
"England?!" he shrieked. "What the hell are you doing here, eyebrows bastard?!"
"Well, that's a nice way to greet visitors." he replied sarcastically. "Romania sent me. He said that you needed help with something."
"Well... yeah..." Romano grumbled.

Just then Italy showed up in the hall. "Fratello, who's at the door?" Then his eyes rested on themselves on the Brit and he shrieked too. "E-England?!"
"I've come here to help you with this problem of yours. Now, what is it you need help with?" he asked.
"This way." Romano grunted and led the Brit to his room with his brother trudging along behind them.

He opened the door to his room and showed a little girl, with [h/c] hair, sleeping in the bed to England.
"What the bloody-?!" England started but trailed off.
"This is [Name]. She just showed up here one day, seriously ill. Me and mio fratello have been taking care of her ever since."
"So what is the issue?"
Romano sighed and went up to you and started stroking her [h/c] hair. "Well, she ran away from us and after we brought her back she's only gotten worse. She can't keep food down and her fever just keeps on rising."
"I would like to examine her a bit." England said. "Please leave the room a bit."

Romano glared at him but was too worried about you to care about cussing him out and refuse. So he left, dragging Italy with him, leaving England with you.

England squatted down beside you and started examining you.

~In the living room~

Romano was pacing back and forth in the room impatiently while Italy watched him from the couch. Italy himself was hugging a pillow tightly, tears running down his cheeks, out of anxiety.

"Damn it! Shouldn't he be done by now?!" Romano growled, growing more impatient and worried by the minute.
"Ve~ I know, I'm worried too. What if something's terribly wrong with our bambina piccolina!" he cried.
"Stupido! Don't talk like that!" Romano snapped.

Then they heard a small shriek of fear coming from Romano's room. They immediately rushed there to find you backed up to the nearest wall and England trying to calm you.

"Shh, love. No need to be afraid. I'm not going to hurt you." he cooed.
"S-s-stay a-away!" you stuttered out, pressing yourself even harder against the wall.
"What happened?!" Lovino yelled and glared at the blonde man who defensively put his hands up.
"She woke up while I was examining her. I think I startled her." he said.
"L-Lovino? Do you know this man?" you asked, trembling.
"Sì, I do. Don't worry, he's not going to hurt you." he said, trying to sound calm.
"I don't trust him." you said flatly, but still full of fear.

Lovino moved himself so he sat on the bed, and reached out for you.

"Don't you trust me?" he asked.
"No." you huffed out, watching his face fall a little. "... But I trust you more than these two..." you muttered out weakly and darted your eyes between Feliciano and the blonde.
"[Name], let him examine you. This is for your own good. He won't hurt you." he reassured. "If he does he'll regret it later." he growled, clearly directing this to the blonde.

You nodded slightly before reluctantly lying down again to let the blonde man examine you.

About half an hour later someone knocked on the door. Romano went to get it and opened the door for the person outside. When he opened it he got a real shock.
