But I guess it's a good time to test out new coloring styles~ I'm still debating whether or not I like this one... o -o;

Why thank you, I actually used the dress off of the Vocaloid song, LOVELESSxxx. I don't know why, but that song just made me think of America, England, and France so I drew America in the dress. o uo
