Description Please, no stealing. He is not for roleplaying or any other kind of use without my written permission. If you want to draw him yourself, that's ok.


So, here he is, the main character of my comic (if I ever get around to making one, that is). I'm aware I didn't put every single shade in the color chart, but I never planned on doing that anyway.

This is Alv, meaning Elf in Swedish. His build is based on the North Swedish Draft breed.
Alv is a young, chocolate silver dapple stallion with a troubled past. He is therefore rather introverted, and may come across as cold and unsensitive. He is afraid of getting hurt, and tends to hide any feelings he might have towards others.
I won't really say much more, as I don't want to give things away before I start working on the comic.

I don't usually go for animal characters, but he is just georgious and I had to comment!

I love all the details in this, I especially like how realistic you made his coat. He kindof reminds me of a cob I ride: [link] no idea why though.

Honestly, if I could draw horses, I'd draw you a picture of him! He is a beautiful character.

Sweden is cool.

I have a character similar to him, she's silver dapple, with a gray eye and purple eye, but she has three white socks, no blaze or facial markings, wings and is built more like an Arab.

So I guess she's not that much like him XD

But silver dapples are fun.

I also have a charrie with a similair name! A blue roan mare named Γ„lv, whihc I'm sure means like, river or something.

And I have an Γ„lva, which I think means fairy? My Swedish is bad

But still, very cool

Happy you like him, and yeah, silver dapples are definitely one of the most beautiful horse colors. It's fun to hear others have silver dapple OC's. ^^

I think your Swedish is very good! "Γ„lv" certainly means "river", and "Γ€lva" means "fairy". *three thumbs up*

I love chocolate silver dapples, along with grullas and deep dark bays with lots of white on their face and legs. ^^ It's always fun to find out there are more silver dapple OC's out there. ^^

She *is* gorgeous. And tall!

I haven't really decided on Alv's height, but he would probably be roughly 160 cm (or 15.3hh). I had to look for a converter, as we use "centimeters" and not "hands" to measure horses in Sweden.

Yeah, At first I didn't use her much but know she's my main rp character. I might actually write a story on her..*thinks*

She wasn't origginaly that tall, SHe was only 17hh at first but I wanted her to seem more intimidating(sp?) So I brought her up to 19hh. The only bad thing is she has trouble gettin' boyfriends cause there all to small! xD

I love the contrast of dark reddish bodies and silvery manes, with plenty of white markings for flash.

Thanks, and yep, me too. Silver dapples and grullas are my absolute fav colors on a horse. Plus deep dark bays with lots of white on the legs and face. Not too much, but enough to be flashy.
