Don't come after me with pitchforks, but it's another OC pony I made.
I've actually had her design in my head for a while, but never drew it out.She's actually weather based, just like Storm Chaser. Her name's Hawkeye if you haven't already guessed. I got the idea for her from the Storm Hawk, which is a "GPS handled mobile weather information system". They're typically used by hikers, boating crews, etc. Anyways, they're dead useful if you're in the middle of nowhere and need to know a change in weather conditions, especially if you're out on the water.
Moving on. I'm sure this is all of great interest to you...
Oh, and she currently doesn't have a Cutie Mark, 'cause I couldn't really think of one if you're wondering.
And yes, her colors are based off a hawk. Because I'm clearly just so creative, hahah.

Oh, and thank you! Her wings were my favorite part to do. I wanted them to be a bit more elaborate than the typical pony wings, but still have that cute simplicity that the original wing design has. If that makes much sense, heheh. 
Hahah, oh dear, your last comment there made me think forcibly of Gilda! Hopefully Hawkeye's nothing like her at all!

I followed your link to that tutorial and have saved a link to it. I don't have SAI, but it looks like something similar might be done with just Photoshop. (I hope so anyway! I'm glad you posted the link.)

I think it could probably be done in Photoshop, too. I don't have a super fancy version of it, so I've never tried, but I'm sure it'll work just the same!
