I'd sewn the pants and my Len made the T-shirts.
But we just had bought them and modified them a bit (stripes & buttons)
And yeah I also made the socks by myself.
So mainly it is selfmade.

Gorgeous! I admire your ability to create consistent high-quality cosplays.
I'm new to the world of cosplaying, but I look up to experienced people like yourself in the hopes to someday reach that level
One question: where do you generally get your wigs? I'm looking for a Rin Kagamine wig for a con next summer, but I'm not sure who to buy from.

e.g. wig fashion, cosplay wig, ...

Okay, thank you! Are there any stores in particular that you've had good luck with? I found this one: [link] with a Rin Kagamine wig for seven bucks, and good reviews, but I'm not sure if it would be a better idea to invest in a more expensive one.
Also, how important is it to get one with heat-resistant fibers? I've seen some with and some without.

I would say u shouldn't buy that one.
You can look up on the stars beside the nickname how popular the store is.
So yeah, there aren't much stars and also the feedback is not that positive.
Also the price is too cheap. Don't buy them cheaper then 12US$.
Generally you can say that most of the expensive wigs from high quality stores are better then the cheap unkown stores on ebay.
And for the heat-resistant fibers: Mostly the wigs are better and you can fair them easier. But actually you only need them when you need some "special styling" etc.

Okay, thank you for the help! I found a much better wig for about $25 that's heat-resistant, so I can manage the tips a little better.
