This looks really nice! I especially like the colours you used. I think it would look a bit "cleaner" and easier to read if there weren't so many glowing circle thingies in the water. Maybe you could use a reference for the reflections on the water.
I really like the way you drew the clouds, they look very colourful but still like clouds do!
