Appearance: Flaxen Chestnut with Pangare, Blaze, 3 socks and 1 pastern.
Build: Medium. This mare is above all elegant. Mainly Trakehner influenced with a nice dollop of Australian Stock Horse, she is beautifully conformed and could have a great future as a performance horse as well as an outstanding broodmare.
About this horse: Honey is so much sweeter than words could ever possibly describe. Likewise to her name. She's truly a five star horse in both the looks and personality department. Her eyes show so much honesty and just taking one glimpse into them will make you fall in love instantly. She has the strongest mother instinct Jude had ever seen on a horse, even with humans. She protects the foals and kids in her care fearlessly and plays with them as if they were her very own. But she's never too rough with them, she usually lets them do all the playing while she stands there as their punching bag. This mare has such a sweet way about her, never pushing you for treats or crowding you at all. She just loves to have all the attention you're willing to give, but would never turn down a delicious treat. Especially if it's a spoon full of honey, her absolute favourite. Honey moves so elegantly, it's almost criminal. She has such a soft movement and looks as though she's floating across the ground effortlessly. This girl is as sweet, if perhaps sweeter, than cherry pie! A look into her chocolaty doe eyes will tell as much. A nurturer at heart, this mare lives for tending to others, whether they are equine or human. Place her out in a field of foals and she tolerates their tail-nibbling and constant jabs to play with perked ears and unending patience. With a rider on her back she is careful not to misstep. She seems to have a sixth sense for knowing when her rider is uncomfortable and won't do anything to make them feel uneasy. Her greatest potential is as a broodmare, although she does have a smooth, easy grace to her gaits that would be ideal for dressage. A little on the lazy side, however, it might be best to wear some gentle bumper spurs with her.
