LOL !!! Actualy, if you know where i can get a good Manic model (with download link) it might be possible.
For instance if your familar with Blitz Sonic Engine,there was a guy name Bagjac and he made really cool Sonic comic/cartoon characters model.

Blitz Sonic is not an hack it's a just a free fan game/engine that you can download on your computer. here the only video i could find of bagjac work :[link] he made Bark,Omega,Eggman,Ray,Swatbot,The "jet set radio" guy,bean,big and knuckles.
