Description
Since I've been playing Kirby Mass Attack, and replaying Air Ride with my brother, he's been asking me to do this--and being a big Kirby fan, I couldn't say no to the challenge. XDI actually got Kirby finished kinda quickly, using the Super Star Ultra sprite as a bit of a guide, mainly going for something a little different.
The alternate palettes took a little longer to figure out, and I'm not even sure if I'm that happy with them--maybe I'll figure things our eventually. ^ ^;
Anyway, Kirby was so fun to do, I might attempt making animations for him sometime after my plate's empty. :3

I made a change to Kirby's eyes, and finished the palettes--I reworked the Citrus and Lavender palettes since the originals' shoe colors were too similar to the body color.
I also made the Beam ability to see how well I could do with it, and I think it came out good.
Also, I replaced Squeak Squad's White with two original palettes--I never liked the plain white that much, it was kinda blinding. DX

Yeah, it's sorta sad--I kinda wish they'd let you choose your colors in another game, kinda like in Amazing Mirror, and Squeak Squad. < <;

For me, I always playing Kirby Super Star back in the day--with all those different games in one, how could I say no? XD
Went through the same thing with Super Star Ultra though, since it was a remake--it added four new games, such as one where you play as Meta Knight.

Have you seen anything about Kirby returns to Dreamland? It looks like it'll play a lot like Super Star. 8D

I thought it was pretty good--maybe not perfect, but I enjoy it.(My only gripe is how overpowered the MA's are)
But as for the sprite style, it was used on the map for Yggdrasil mode, and characters that never appeared in 2D before such as Yuri, got a few frames of a stance--even if most of them were kind of bad, it's a start. ^ ^;

It's really amazing--when you start the game, you start out on one of those boards to post things up with tacks, and you start out with the adventure 'Spring Breeze'.
After you clear a certain amount of stories, you unlock more along the way. :3
A really fun part of it is that you can have a friend play with you in the form of a helper--if you have a Wii, I think they put it on the virtual console recently.
