It's something that I want to do too. Sadly, I still need to beat Great Bay Temple's boss.
I'm having difficulties with it. D:

He was hard for me, too. You need to shoot him with a normal arrow when he's underwater, then become a Zora and do the forcefield magic thing right next to him. After that, you need to surface quickly, then repeat the process. Stay away from the edges of the platform.

I was ready to play with the moon children... But I didn't have all the masks so I had to leave and then collect the other three.
Majora is really easy to defeat with the Fierce Deity mask. Just keep hitting him...
