So, this was originally going to be a contest entry for #pokedorks buuuut i realized it didn't fit the qualifications when i was 2/3 done with it...and i really loved how it was turning out, so i had to finish it.

Story behind it:

Typhlosions go under a strange transformation when under a solar eclipse. Their fur reverses in color and strange markings appear on their arms and legs.
Their fire attacks diminish to almost nothing, only able to create low, deep red flames (coldest of flames).
However, their speed increases and they are able to use a special attack called Frigid Flame*

*Frigid Flame:
Power: 30
PP: 10/10
Accuracy: 100%
Type: Fire
Description: a very weak flame attack that carries the unique ability to either burn or freeze the opponent. Accuracy may also lower.

Yeah, pretty awesome right? I wish i could use it...oh well |D
