you are very good at using that macro lens.
Did you set this shot up? or was there already water on the cactus?
And if you don't mind me asking, approx. how much did you pay for your macro lens?

Yes, I set the cactus on a counter top by a window to get sunlight, and I sprinkled water over it.
This particular lens cost about one thousand dollars (Canadian). The other macro lens (60mm) I used in some of my other macro shots was about five or six hundred.
