(SWEATS) WELL, IT'S KINDA HARD TO EXPLAIN IN JUST WORDS, but mostly whatcha gotta do is slap lighter colors on top of dark colors to get a nice looking shadow effect?? and blend a ton. so much that your blending becomes blended within even more blending. (it also helps to have everything on just 1 layer! it lessens mistakes and takes less effort :9 that's just in my case, though!)
(I-I ALSO HOPE THIS WAS THE KIND OF ANSWER YOU WERE LOOKING FOR... if not then i'll just sit myself right in a nice and comfy looking trash can)
