I won't lie, it's definitely not your best but think about it you haven't been drawing in at least a month, maybe longer so just stick with it until you get your feel back.

I had a 2 year period where i didn't draw at all, I date all my drawings so I know that I didn't draw from september 2005 to november 2007

No, I wouldn't say it sucks. You may have made her too small around the waist but other than that it looks pretty good.
