Sherlock's back!
Location: Nth-Gower-St, London, England (YES! the BBC BakerSt)
Convention: Private Shooting in late May 2012
Cosplay: well, obviously Sheet-Sherlock

When we were shooting in London a few months ago I decided I had to do this version, too.
Please don't kill me because I didn't wrap the sheet around me the same way Benedict did it!
But still, it is THE door he walked out of, even if my photographer had to edit the door number as they changed it for the filming only (originally being a 187)
The blanket I borrowed from our B&B. That awful B&B.....*shudder* Avoid the Belgravia Hotel. Honestly! Avoid it....!

Why didn't I think about that?! I don't actually need to make a Sherlock coat. I could just dress up in a sheet and a wig and walk around on the streets with no pants on 😜

it was like...4 pm? xD I undressed right in front of Speedys. But relax, I was still wearing my trousers and that underwear-getmyboobsaway-top ;D But honestly, it was a lot of fun and I regret nothing

haha the story with Speedys is rather funny xDD We went there and they were already closing as we were kinda late. I tried the lemon cake and nearly died because of omg it's the best fucking cake in the world!
Chris, the owner of Speedys, was very nice and took a picture of us and posted it on twitter xDD My John and I couldn't stop grinning for days

I think next time we go to London we'll have to do it in cosplay too. Maybe in time for series 3, as we're already booked for our next UK trip in the Midlands/Wales this year, but who knows? Next year would be cool, and then we should really take some pictures. This time, we were quite busy "researching"... we went to Baker Street ( [link] <-- picture folder! :3), the Tower, Bart's (FEELS!! ;___

oh hell yeah... if we ever work in London it won't be until maaany years from now! it's so exhausting being there though, it never sleeps.
I'm actually enjoying cosplay and stuff a lot more here in Germany! I used to travel to London twice or thrice a year for cosplay as a teenager, but now everyone we know is here and it's a lot more spread out with Frankfurt/Kassel/Bonn/etc. to choose from rather than just one place... but I can't say that I didn't miss London when and after we were there! Who knows.....
